Our signature 4-M experience An interactive music and movement session designed to spark memories, encourage participation, and create meaningful moments of joy and connection for older adults. Grounded in research, 4-M incorporates music and movement approaches associated with benefits in quality of life, memory, cognition, balance, emotional well-being, and social connection—including for people living with dementia.
