Designed for older adults living with Alzheimer’s and other dementias, this personalized in-home experience uses familiar music, gentle movement, reminiscence, and meaningful interaction to encourage engagement and connection. Family members and caregivers are invited to participate, creating opportunities to share memories, enjoy music together, and experience moments of joy in a familiar, comfortable setting.
