Zabrina Horton, M.S.
Founder & Executive Director
Zabrina Horton is a Los Angeles native and the visionary Founder and Executive Director of Music Memory Lane.
With over 40 years of experience in the entertainment industry—including television and music—alongside a career rooted in people-centered leadership, Zabrina brings a unique blend of creativity, storytelling, and strategic insight into senior wellness programming.
She holds a master’s degree in Sports Administration from St. Thomas University and University of Miami, and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from California State University, Long Beach.
Inspired by her personal experience caring for her mother-in-law, she developed Music Memory Lane’s approach to music-based engagement, designed to spark connection, joy, and meaningful interaction.
Zabrina oversees organizational strategy, community partnerships, and program innovation, ensuring the mission of compassion, connection, and measurable impact remains at the heart of every initiative.

Kevin “DJ Cutty Kev” Harris
President, Program Director
Kevin Harris, known professionally as DJ “Cutty” Kev, serves as Program Director for Music Memory Lane, where he brings music, movement, and memory to life through dynamic, joy-filled experiences. A Los Angeles native, Cutty Kev’s love of music and dance is part of his DNA. He is a proud Soul Train dancer alumni, having graced America’s most iconic dance floor from 1978 to 1980 during the golden era of soul, funk, and disco.
Growing up immersed in the vibrant West Coast club scene, Cutty Kev developed an early appreciation for the power of music to bring people together. His nickname, “Cutty,” was gifted to him by legendary Soul Train dancer Louie "Ski" Carr—a reflection of both his style and presence on the dance floor. He honed his DJ skills the old-school way, spinning records using tape recorders, fueled by pure passion and creativity.
Today, Cutty Kev channels that same authenticity and energy into every Music Memory Lane experience, curating soundtracks that spark nostalgia, movement, and connection across generations. In 2019, he relocated to Atlanta, Georgia with his family, where he continues to share classic grooves, feel-good anthems, and unforgettable dance moments that turn any space into a celebration.

Patricia Guin
Vice President
Pat Guin is a New Orleans native who built a 39-year career in public service with Los Angeles County, retiring as an Analyst at the Hall of Administration. Known for her vibrant personality and love for music, dance, and community.
Pat has always been the life of the party.
She is the proud mother of Kevin Harris, DJ and President of the Music Memory Lane Board. Now in her mid-80s, Pat remains the heart and inspiration behind Music Memory Lane—embodying its mission to bring joy, connection, and celebration to older adults.

Tammy Powell Marchman
Treasurer
Tammy Powell Marchman is a financial executive and nonprofit leader with over a decade of experience in financial management, tax compliance, and strategic planning. She is the Founder and President of A Place of Rest Foundation, Inc., and serves as Treasurer of Music Memory Lane.
Tammy brings disciplined financial oversight, integrity, and a strong commitment to transparency and sustainable growth—helping ensure the organization’s long-term stability and impact.

Makedah S. Hubbard Moffatt
Secretary
Makedah S. Hubbard Moffatt is an experienced administrative and research professional with a background in IT quality assurance, legal investigation, and organizational support. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati and a Master of Legal Studies from Purdue University Global.
With expertise in information analysis, legal research, and evidentiary review, Makedah brings strong attention to detail and governance support to her role as Secretary of Music Memory Lane. A long-time Georgia resident, she values family, community, and lifelong learning.

Jennifer Bell
Jennifer Bell, known as “The Bounce Back Queen,” brings over 40 years of experience in dance, fitness, coaching, and leadership. She has developed NBA dance teams for the Atlanta Hawks and Miami Heat and is a certified Life Coach and award-winning Toastmaster. Throughout her career, Jennifer has inspired resilience, authenticity, and joy — values that closely align with Music Memory Lane’s mission.
As an Advisory Board Member, she supports Music Memory Lane’s commitment to using music and movement to uplift seniors living with dementia and strengthen connections with their families.

Theo Aytchan Williams
Theo Aytchan Williams is the Founder and Artistic Director of SambaFunk!, a 501(c)(3) cultural arts organization dedicated to preserving and presenting African Diasporic dance and music traditions. Known as “King Theo,” he is committed to bringing the joy of movement and cultural expression to diverse communities worldwide.
With decades of experience in arts advocacy, cultural programming, and community engagement—including service in municipal cultural affairs—Theo brings valuable expertise in creative leadership, intergenerational connection, and community-centered arts initiatives.
As an Advisory Board Member for Music Memory Lane, he supports the organization’s mission to use music and movement as powerful tools for joy, dignity, and connection.

Sedara Owens, MBA
Sedara Owens is the owner of Davida Home Care Agency, a home health care agency based in Indianapolis, Indiana, and a senior care professional with a passion for helping older adults age with dignity and independence.
She leads her organization with a commitment to delivering compassionate, client-centered care.
She holds an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University, a double bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing from Central State University, and a Data Analytics certification from Wharton Executive Education.
Through her work in home health care, Sedara supports families in creating safe, supportive environments that enhance quality of life. Her approach emphasizes personalized care, trust, and empowering individuals to maintain their independence while receiving the support they need.
With a strong foundation in business and leadership, Sedara brings both operational expertise and a deep sense of purpose to her work—ensuring that every client experience reflects dignity, respect, and genuine care.

Dr. Daphne Chandler
Dr. Daphne R. Chandler is a seasoned Educational Psychologist with extensive experience in mental health, assessment, teaching, research, and family-centered support. She earned her B.A. in Psychology from Spelman College and her M.S. and Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
Throughout her career, Dr. Chandler has focused on strengthening individuals and families, with particular attention to emotional well-being, resilience, and lifelong development. Her expertise in mental health and family systems supports Music Memory Lane’s mission to enhance quality of life for seniors—especially those living with dementia—while also providing meaningful support for caregivers and loved ones.
